Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
- Express Shipping: Additional ₹100 on top of standard charges
- Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹49 handling charge

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Be accompanied by the invoice/receipt
How to Initiate a Return
Login to Your Account
Go to your account and navigate to the Orders section
Select the Item
Choose the item you want to return and click "Return Item"
Choose Return Reason
Select a reason for return and add any additional comments
Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient date and time for pickup, or drop at a partner location
Receive Refund
Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Exchange Process
- Initiate a return request selecting "Exchange" as the reason
- Choose your preferred size/color
- Schedule pickup of the original item
- Receive the exchanged item within 5-7 business days after pickup
If the desired size/color is not available, you can opt for a full refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Socks and hosiery
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items with missing tags or damaged packaging
- Used or altered items
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a free pickup and replacement/refund
For damaged items, full shipping charges will be refunded along with the product amount.
